Symmetryix is a private, by-invitation program operated by Posturepro. These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the Symmetryix program, including the Step I eligibility assessment and any subsequent treatment pathway.
By submitting a case file, paying the eligibility fee, or otherwise engaging with Symmetryix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a case file.
The Step I fee covers the work of the specialist review. It is performed the moment your case file is read. The fee is non-refundable. It is not a deposit toward any future treatment and does not guarantee acceptance into the Symmetryix program.

The seven-business-day review window begins the moment all required materials are received. Incomplete submissions cannot be reviewed and may delay your result.
Acceptance into the Symmetryix program is at the sole discretion of the specialist and the Posturepro clinical team. Submission of a case file does not guarantee acceptance.
If you are not accepted, you will receive a written explanation of why your case is not a fit and a recommended next step. The Step I fee remains non-refundable in this case, because the work of the review has been performed regardless of the outcome.
If you are accepted, you receive a tailored treatment pathway with scope, timeline, and logistics. Step II is by invitation only and the specific tier, pricing, and inclusions are disclosed individually to each approved client.
Step II is a separate engagement governed by a written treatment agreement signed before any treatment booking is confirmed. The Step I fee does not roll over toward Step II payments.
Step I is paid in full at the time of submission via secure third-party payment processor.
If you proceed to Step II, your treatment-week deposit and balance schedule are set out in your written treatment agreement. Deposits secure your reserved week with the specialist and the Posturepro team. Once paid, deposits are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your written treatment agreement.
Symmetryix is an in-person, coordinated treatment delivered in Europe. Travel arrangements for approved clients are coordinated by Posturepro within the scope of your written treatment agreement.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your treatment agreement, the client is responsible for:

For approved clients in Step II, cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your written treatment agreement. These typically include:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of obligations under these terms or any treatment agreement if such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In a force-majeure event affecting a scheduled treatment week, Symmetryix will work in good faith with the affected client to reschedule for the next available treatment slot at no additional cost where commercially feasible. Where rescheduling is not feasible within a reasonable timeframe, any unused portion of the treatment-week deposit may be credited toward a future Symmetryix engagement at the sole discretion of Posturepro.
The Step I assessment fee is not affected by force-majeure events, because the work of the review has been completed at the moment of submission.
Your case file is medical-grade personal data. It is shared only with the specialist and the Posturepro clinical team. It is never published, never used in marketing, and never shared with any third party without your prior written permission.
Case-file materials are stored in encrypted cloud storage owned and controlled by Posturepro. Detailed handling is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Symmetryix is a coordinated postural and bite-alignment program. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific medical condition.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. Always consult your physician for ongoing medical conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posturepro and Symmetryix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, the Step I assessment, or any treatment delivered under the Symmetryix program.
Posturepro's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Step I assessment shall not exceed the amount you paid for that assessment.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of your residence.
Symmetryix may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect existing clients will be communicated by email.
